A note from the founder

We were born and raised in Metro Vancouver. We watched the region grow from quiet suburbs into busy communities. That growth brought opportunity. It also made housing hard to afford, for first-time buyers and for multigenerational families.

Belrose builds multi-unit homes that fit their neighbourhood and a budget. We use local knowledge and keep the process efficient, so homeownership stays within reach for the next generation.
